Marc Lalonde of R.W. Tomlinson Limited was driving on highway 511 when he came upon a vehicle that had rolled over and was sitting in a water filled area.
The car was upside down and slowly starting to submerge while the occupant was trapped inside the car with what was later determined to be a broken leg. Marc stayed with the woman to help to get her out and keep her safe until emergency services arrived.
