Jeff Mulcock

Mr. Mulcock was born and raised in Ottawa. He is married with two children who have both graduated and live in Southern Ontario. Jeff has been in the construction industry for 43 years. He started with Dibblee Construction as a surveyor and has been with Taggart Construction for 36 years. Jeff started with Taggart as a Surveyor, Estimator, Chief Estimator, General Manager and is now Vice-President of Operations. Jeff is a Past President of the NCHCA. He has served on the OCA Board for 6 years and is presently the President of the OSWCA where he has been the NCHCA representative for the past 10 Years.
