Kyle Chadwick

Kyle began his career with Ottawa Greenbelt Construction in 2007, quickly developing a passion for the industry. While working, he pursued his academic goals and proudly graduated from Carleton University. Starting in the field, he gained hands-on experience through a variety of roles that laid a strong foundation for future leadership. In 2016, he joined Thunderbolt Contracting, eager to expand into the business side of the industry. Since then, he has held several key positions within the company and currently serves as Vice President and Partner, helping to lead the organization with a focus on growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Outside of work, he lives in Carp with a wonderful wife and two beautiful daughters. An avid sports enthusiast, he enjoys staying active and spending quality time with family.
