Join NCHCA at its annual softball tournament on May 29, 2026 to enjoy a great day of food, drink and team building with company staff and invited guests.
Please note, in the event of inclement weather a rain date of June 5, 2026 has been set.
Light breakfast and BBQ lunch will be served on the sundeck and each player will receive 2 drink tickets.
Schedule:
- 7:30am: coffee and light breakfast on the sundeck
- 8:00am: first games begin
- 11:00am: sundeck bar opens
- 11:45pm – 1:45pm: lunch service on the sundeck
- 3:00pm: championship game

Independent umpires will be present for each game to assist with navigating the rules.
Tournament Requirements:
- Minimum of two women on the field at all times.
- Glove for each player
- Bats, we suggest a minimum of 2 per team
- Balls for warm up (12 inch)
- Catcher mask recommended
- Pitcher mask recommended
- Helmets optional
- No metal cleats
- Team uniforms welcome
